SHIPPING POLICY

At Good Collection, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and efficiently.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping

We currently ship to most countries within the European Union and selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Germany: 2–5 business days

  • European Union: 3–8 business days

  • International destinations: 7–15 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs procedures, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided during checkout is complete and accurate. Good Collection cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

To exercise your right of withdrawal or request a return, please contact us at goodcollectionclienti@gmail.com before sending any item back.

Returned products must:

  • be unused and in their original condition;

  • include all original packaging, labels, and accessories;

  • not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund using the original payment method within 14 days, provided the returned goods meet the above conditions.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or if the return results from our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the wrong product was delivered;

  • the product arrived damaged;

  • the item is defective.

Products that have been customized, personalized, or made specifically to the customer's request may not be eligible for return, except where required by law.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing goodcollectionclienti@gmail.com and include photographs of both the product and the packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
